NYC Half-Marathon 2011: Year of the Wristband

Good race this year. I didn’t run my best race, but I didn’t run my worst. This was a pleasant surprise given that I drank well and slept poorly the night before. I ran a time of 1:28:58, with negative splits for the second half, always a sign of a smart run. In fact, my last 5K was actually one of my faster 5Ks, just a tad over 20:00.
I should probably mention that I don’t like 5Ks.
